Full Sales Training

Sales Star client companies is ongoing and includes basics, overcoming objections, motivation and closing skills. Sales training is a key component of success and is a continuous activity,of sales staff regardless of experience. All aspects of sales training are frequently revisited  to keep the skills fresh and  ensure that you are designed for success.

Basics in Sales Training
Your sales training will include basic product knowledge, overcoming common objections for your specific industry and products being sold, and steps to the sale. The sales process is a part of basics for sales training and recognises the natural buying process, in a particular order, for that particular product. Some sales processes are more complex than others, including multiple call backs, while others can be as simple as one call.

Overcoming objections
Overcoming objections can result in making a sale. Objections can be in the form of stalling or may be a buying sign. Our sales training will teach you  what objections are common for that product, how best to isolate the true objection (not always price), and to recognise the types of objections. We use role-playing as one of the best ways to train and hone this sales skill. Practicing how to overcome common objections, including tough ones, makes it easier in the in real time sales.

While sales incentives are excellent external motivators, training includes teaching how to keep a good internal attitude by taking control of what you can (for example, closing skills, overcoming objections) and how to recognise
what you can't control. Sales is a "numbers game," and rejections are part of the game. statistics Sales staff are taught how to keep track of and evaluate their own statistics.

This teaches sales people to keep a healthy perspective on what their closing rate actually is, and not what it feels like emotionally during times of rejections.

Closing Skills
Closing skills constitute a specific set of advanced sales skills. Our best and brightest closers are proficient in: building value; tie-down questions; problem-solving or "solution" selling; personality styles; discounting techniques; negotiation skills; and perseverance through multiple rejections.

Closing skills, just like basic sales skills, are revisited and continuously taught as ongoing training to both beginning and advanced sales staff.
